We’re looking forward to our 30th anniversary coming in 2013 with the hopeful launch of an online store. SNOW LEOPARD ARTSENTERTAINMENT LAUNCHES NEW ONLINE DOCUMENTARY COMIC SERIES LONE OUTPOST (Posted: December 12, 2011) Three years in the making, the long-awaited planned four-part miniseries Lone Outpost makes its debut that will chronicle the events leading to the Luso-Indian Conflict over the state of Portuguese Goa that erupted into a brief liberation war in 1961 between India and Portugal, which signalled the beginning of the end for the latter’s 500-year colonial empire, just in time for the 50th anniversary of the conflict in December 2011. (Posted: June 20, 2011) If all goes according to plan, I’m hoping to launch a small boutique of SLAE items of original shirts and artwork in time for our 30th anniversary in 2013. MELODY AND MANDOLIN RAIN BRUIN CHILDREN'S BOOK NOW COMPLETED!: UPDATES (Posted: May 1, 2007 - Updated: August 10, 2009) A year's work on the children's book project is now officially finished! The 32-page picture book will see an eight-year old Mandolin Rain Bruin learning to overcome stage fright in time for a talent night performance at school. UPDATE (10/8/2009): Almost came close to landing a U.S. agent in November 2008 to represent me and peddle the book to prospective publishing houses, but lucked out. But I haven't exhausted my U.S. list yet, so I'll continue onward after the North American Labour Day holiday since publishing companies, even the smaller ones; will not look at unsolicited work and will take much, much longer to go through (they have over thousands of other manuscripts to read, too) that might end up in the dreaded slush-pile of rejections (who wants to risk that?).
